A Home for Global Creativity:
The Future Nosreme Residency
The challenge for Baltimore artists is clear: a lack of affordable live/work space and a disconnection from global opportunities. The challenge for Baltimore is to harness its incredible creative energy and claim its rightful place on the international stage.
The Nosreme Residency is the solution.
By the end of 2027, we will open a permanent, state-of-the-art live/work hub in Baltimore. This space is the culmination of our strategic plan—a physical embodiment of our mission to connect local talent to global opportunity.
More Than a Building: An Ecosystem of Support
The Nosreme Residency will be a revolutionary model for artistic and community development, featuring:
Affordable Artist Housing: Critically needed, rent-stabilized live/work units reserved for Baltimore-based artists, ensuring they can afford to live and create in their city.
International Residency Wing: Dedicated suites for hosting a rotating cohort of international artists, writers, and chefs, creating a constant flow of new ideas and global perspectives.
Community & Culinary Hub: A public-facing café, gallery, and event space that serves as a community living room, a professional exhibition venue, and a training ground for culinary artists from our partner, Paul's Place.
Professional Development Center: Resources for grant writing, financial literacy, and marketing, empowering our resident artists to build sustainable, lifelong careers.
This is not just another artist residency. It is a commitment to the long-term health of Baltimore's creative economy and a permanent bridge between our city and the world.

“This world is but a canvas to our imagination.”
