Our board of directors.
Nosreme Baltimore is led by a dedicated team of artists, entrepreneurs, and community builders who believe in the transformative power of art. We bring a unique combination of global experience and deep local knowledge to our work.
Ariana Parrish
Founder & Executive Director (she/her)
Inspired by a middle-school English assignment on Ralph Waldo Emerson ("Nosreme" is "Emerson" spelled backward), Ariana has built her career on the transcendentalist ideals of connection, creativity, and self-reliance. After traveling to over 40 countries and seeing firsthand the global gap in access to art, she founded Nosreme Baltimore to mirror and solve the disconnect many Baltimore neighborhoods face. She is an architect whose thesis was inspired by a community-based artists residence. Ariana's vision for a communal, international artist hub is the driving force behind the organization's strategic growth.

Our Board of Directors provides the essential governance, financial oversight, and strategic guidance that makes our work possible. They are champions for our mission and ambassadors for Baltimore's creative community.
