Why Partner With Nosreme
We sit at the intersection of real estate, public art, and community engagement.
For Developers and Cities
Public art can do more than decorate a site.
If you're a developer, city agency, or institutional property owner, a Nosreme partnership can satisfy public benefit requirements, activate construction hoarding, fulfill percent-for-art commitments, or commission a standalone work for a building you own.
TIF and Public Funding
Public art investments can qualify for Tax Increment Financing (TIF) benefits and other public funding mechanisms in many Maryland jurisdictions. We can help you understand how a Nosreme partnership might fit into a broader TIF package or match-funding structure. Not tax advice — but a conversation worth having early.
