Nosreme commissions public art, hosts artists in residence, and pays for community programming. However you make, if you're building something honest, we want to know you.
What working with us means
Before anything else, here's our promise to the artists we work with. It's not a perk. It's the point.
You get paid
Market-rate fees with a signed contract. Every commission carries a budget, and we name it early.
You get credited
Your name is on the work, in the press, and in our reporting. The credit is yours and it stays yours.
You get latitude
We commission you because of how you see. You keep real creative control over what you make.
What we offer
Three kinds of work, different in scale and commitment. All of them paid.
Public art commissions
AWIP temporary activations on construction sites, 1% for Art permanent commissions, and standalone mural commissions. Most are filled through invitation, but we welcome introductions and registrations.

We select artists because we trust their vision, and our partnerships put your work in front of developers, institutions, and press across Baltimore and beyond.
